Please take special care to read and understand the following information, as it pertains to you. In Da Surf Bali will not be held liable in the event that any guests or parties involved fail to do so. Requests for further clarification must be submitted before any deposit payments are made to avoid miscommunication or misunderstanding. Please send any and all such requests to info@indasurf.com


All guests who make a booking request must also make the appropriate deposit payment within 5 working days of availability confirmation to reserve your spot. For your convenience, various payment methods are available.

For group more than 3 person 100% of total payment should be paid as deposit in advance.

For reservation (individuals and group) less than 10 days before arrival 100% of total payment should be paid as deposit in advance.

A deposit of 50% of the total payment for individuals and 100% for group should be made to In Da Surf School Bali if using the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfers
  • Online payment via Credit card - All major credit cards are accepted (Paypal or Payoneer payment system)
  • Cash or credit card payment upon arrival here in Bali *

Please transfer deposit payment, no longer than 5 days after receiving your booking confirmation via email. For credit card payments, please follow the directions outlined in the message sent to your email (Paypal or Payoneer payment system). Full guaranty option should be chosen for Payoneer system payment.

For the bank transfers, please be aware that your bank may charge an additional fee to process the transfer. All additional surcharges are to be paid by the guest (Full Guarantee).

The remaining of the total payment must be paid by the guest in cash or credit card* on a first day of the lesson or surf trip to In Da Surf School Bali

For your own records, please keep a copy of your payment receipt in case it required in the future.

*2% additional charge will be applied for credit card payment. Check below for further details.

Images and Marketing

You agree that, while participating in any surf lesson, trip or event organised by In Da Surf Bali, images, photos or videos taken by us and/or other participants may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grants In Da Surf Bali a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license reproduce for any purpose whatsoever, including marketing, promotions and the creation of promotional materials in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.

All video and photos are available for downloaded without any additional charge. Please provide your own USB or SD card. Due to the file size, we will not be sending any files by e-mail or Dropbox.

Cancellation/Travel expense return

Before arrival:

Any trip, lesson or Surf and Stay package cancellation requests or notices must be made to info@indasurf.com as soon as possible. The cancellation will be effective from the date received by In Da Surf School Bali via email. In the case of a cancellation the following expenses shall arise:

  • up to 30 days before date of arrival/class 10% of the deposit payment*
  • up to 10 days before date of arrival/class 60% of the deposit payment*
  • less than 10 days before arrival 100% of the deposit payment*
  • on arrival / after arrival 100% of total payment

You will get your cancellation confirmation within 24 hours after contacting In da Surf Bali. In case there is no confirmation received in 24 hours, please contact us one more time.

Failure to notify In da Surf School Bali regarding cancellation and/or non-appearance will result in a loss of 100% of the deposit or total payment.

*Deposit refund will be made by bank transfer or in cash (IDR). Refund procedure can take approximately 30 working days. All bank and transfer commission is paid by guest.

After arrival:

Please be aware that lessons or surf trips can only be rescheduled if there are no other conflicting bookings scheduled for the time and dates requested by the guest. All rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours before the start of the lesson or trip. If there is no availability on the day requested by quest In Da Surf Bali will try to find suitable solution where possible. If guest reject any suitable alternatives, In Da Surf will not provide you with a refund for unused products or services as determined in its discretion.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any schedule changes made less than 24 hours before the confirmed time or after the lesson or trip start. In this case, schedule changes made less than 24 hours will be considered trip or lesson cancellations and 100% of the total payment will not refunded.

Lesson duration is 2 hours, it can't be partly split, if guest wish to finish it early there will be no refund, rest of the time will not be moved to another session or day.

Safety is always our number one priority. IN DA SURF School-Bali may cancel lessons or surf trips in case of severe weather that prohibit lessons and/or surf trips from taking place. If such weather conditions arise, trips may be canceled up to one day beforehand and any payments already made for a trip will of course be refunded.

Special Circumstances

Surf and Stay packages for groups (i.e. 2 or more individuals) resulting in the cancelation of 1 individual in the group will result in the loss of the deposit for the canceling party. However, the individuals continuing with the surf and stay package, their deposit paid will be recalculated individually to reflect the correct total due balance, excluding the deposit paid by the canceling individual.

Booking on behalf of others

If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party. By booking on behalf of other participants, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your booking, notifying the Tour Operator or your travel agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.

By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the Tour Operator will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.

In Da Surf Bali is not responsible for any injury, illness, death, damage during lesson or stay, incidental expenses, or consequential losses that you incur as a result of the cancelled booking including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment. In Da Surf Bali will make suitable alternative arrangements where possible. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or if you reject any suitable alternatives, In Da Surf Bali will not provide you with a refund for unused products or services as determined in its discretion.
